Privacy Policy

The idea you submit. When you test an idea, we store the idea text and the report we generate so the report can be reopened from its link. We don’t require your name or email to run a report.

Basic technical data. Like most websites, our systems may log standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and the time of your request. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics to understand overall usage — not to identify you.

Anything you choose to send us. If you email us or submit feedback, we keep what you send so we can respond.

We use the information above to:

• generate your report and let you reopen it from its link;
• operate, secure, and prevent abuse of the service (for example, rate-limiting);
• understand aggregate usage so we can improve TestTube; and
• respond to you when you get in touch.

To generate your report, the idea text you submit is sent to Anthropic, PBC, our AI provider, which processes it to produce the analysis. Their handling of that text is governed by their own privacy terms, which you can read here. Aside from this, we don’t share your submissions with anyone except service providers who help us run TestTube (such as our hosting provider), and we don’t use your idea to train our own AI models.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep your idea and its report for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate operational reasons, then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to remove a report at any time — see your choices below.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your information, to object to or restrict certain uses, or to ask for a copy of it. Because TestTube works without an account, the simplest way to exercise these rights — including asking us to take down a specific report — is to contact us at EPD.studio. We won’t treat you differently for exercising these rights.

TestTube isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has used the tool, contact us and we’ll remove the data.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect the limited information we hold. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date above. If you have a privacy question or want a report removed, reach us at EPD.studio.
